For couriered orders, we offer a standard tracked delivery through DHL Monday to Saturday at a flat rate of £7.99.
You can collect from us here in Corbridge 6 days a week. Monday to Saturday.
Our opening times are:
Monday: 7am-5pm
Tuesday: 7am-5pm
Wednesday: 7am-5pm
Thursday: 7am-5pm
Friday: 7am-6pm
Saturday: 7am-6pm
Sunday: 7am-5pm
We require 2-4 days notice of your preferred collection day. Please let us know at checkout.

Online orders cannot exceed 30kg in weight.
P.O. Boxes
Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Tax & Duties
In some countries import tax and duties, which are beyond our control, may have to be paid by the recipient on delivery of the parcel.
Incomplete or Inaccurate Addresses
We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address.
If you are unsure of an address or postcode please check it using the postcode finder or call our Customer Service Team for assistance.
Timing
If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please let us know when you place your order.
We make everything freshly to order so at the moment we have a 7 day lead time on production.
Due to the fresh nature of our products and the availability of some items, some delivery dates may be restricted by the items or combination of items in your basket.

Unfortunately this is due to our couriers charging additional delivery costs for these areas.
